So today I wanna talk about being comfortable in your own skin. First of society says we need to be a certain weight in order to fit in. Well I say fuck society!!! who made them the king of weight loss/gain.
I see most people especially ladies out there starving them selves just to fit in to what society perception of "sexy" really is. Because of the media and maybe because of one man ability to say that 120 lbs and under is sexy; we out here starving our selves getting anorexia, bulimia, malnutrition and the list goes on.
Yes is quite true we need to live healthy but at the same time every person body is different. Sometimes with our busy work schedules and hectic lifestyle we don't have time to eat the right foods and work out, because we are to busy trying to accomplish certain goals in life. 

With that being said I will like you all to ask your self this question. What is healthy? Because I don't think anyone on planet earth can eat healthy anymore. Everything that goes into our body is chemicals. The vegetables, fruits and meat that we eat everyday its filled with it, because of mass production and the ability to sell fruits native to one land to another, 20,000 miles away that has the longevity to remain fresh. So when you think about eating healthy consider these factors.

So now I would like to elaborate on the guys!!!
Guys come on be real, you meet a girl and fall in love, get married and have children and expect our body to remain the same and if its not the same you look else where to find youth. I have a little advice for you also. When we have children its because of you, you put it in there. You don't have the pressure of getting your belly and vagina stretched to unimaginable lengths. Don't judge us or give up on us so easily because you are not the hot number you once was any way. What you should be proud about is living with fucking super woman.

I am a woman that is comfortable with the way I look. I have learned to embrace my curves and so should you!!! Don't be bullied by society or significant people in your life. Embrace your curves and your self. 

Build confidence because a confident woman is a sexy woman. As long you have confidence in your self no one can break you. 
So  what if we have a little junk in our trunk? as the saying goes "when life gives you lemons make lemonade"
It's the same thing, if you have a little "junk in da trunk" make good use of it. Learn to dance because you have something to shake ;) 
And who doesn't like your junk in your trunk fuck them bitches! because you don't wake up everyday to please them. Wake up everyday to please yourself. Life is short and it only comes around once, so make the best of it.

A little Advice

So seriously why it have some girls out there make themselves so low? Ladies have some standards for yourself and your body, treat your body like a temple and stop letting guys out there take advantage of that.
Stop being a gold digger, I see some girls out there falling for guys because they bought them a drink and the guy driving a nice car or have a nice house blah blah blah.. now I'm not saying no don't for a guy who have his life going on for him, but some of these guys are players, they just looking for a one time use from you. And here you are even though you are being seriously hurt you holding on because of money and Gucci and Prada!
Come on ladies you are worth more, that worth is self respect and being independent, get your self educated find a career and be the type of woman a man will have respect for, the kind of woman that can buy her own Gucci and Prada!
Every one in life has to start somewhere, so why not start now! Make a start today because its not what you didn't do its what you could do. I would love to see women today making a difference not only for themselves but for our children also. I hear stories everyday about men treating woman bad, the truth is there is no good men out there they are all the same, so if you think you leaving one man to go for another because he says he is different well honey you are setting yourself up for disappointment. I am not saying don't take chances, but always leave a space for disappointment, a little space in your heart for disappointment. Yea! I know its sounds hard to do  but the power of our mind never seek to amaze me. Keep telling yourself that you have a space in your heart for disappointment and believe me when a situation arises you will be surprised.
So ladies please take my advice and try to make yourself a better person, don't let guys talk about you like they talk about cars. Have self respect and if you think you lost your self respect already, well you haven't you can work on yourself go to church and pray love god and allow him into your life.

JOYFUL JUICES

It was late when she decided to take a stroll outside, to young to dumb to know exactly what she was getting into. The cool breeze of the night caressed her skin as a thousand thoughts flooded her fragile mind.
Was she doing the right thing? Is it worth the risk? Yes it is, I am going strong, fuck society fuck everyone around her, its her life and she needs to live it.
Reality popped back into her as the bright headlights flickered above giving the signal, a sexy slow smile creep across her face, yes this is it my life and it is about to change forever. She made her way to the car, thought twice for the last time and went with her heart; a heart full of revenge, hate, anger, bitterness, the venom so loathed in her throat if she speaks the air would be poisoned. She gets in. Her hands are sweating and her heart racing as if she ran a marathon. Only to be caressed, by the smooth but deep voice that spoke to her "Hi". "Hi" she replied feeling the tremble in her voice, and as the car began to drive the street lights shine into the car just enough for her to see him.
Sexy, dark, deep, muscular, so carved he looked like an ancient Egyptian god. The man was all man, the kinda of man to get you wetting yourself just looking at his lips. and the lights of the street lights just emphasized all these qualities.

The Perfect Marriage

The perfect marriage, is there such a thing? 

One person might say the perfect marriage is having the husband home to watch the game on a Sunday evening while the wife go out with her friends. Another might say the perfect marriage is the wife staying home and watching the game with the husband, and so on....
My point is every person has there own take on the perfect marriage, and when God created the world he didn't make it perfect.
In life we have partnerships, we don't have perfect marriages just as our eyes are not the same size neither is the size of our breast..So my friends don't look at your marriage and compare to that of books and movies, because at the end of it  that was created in the imagination of what we expect our lives to be, its not reality.
Reality is living with someone and being able to disagree on topics but at the end of it all when you lay down to sleep next to that person its like you haven't fought at all, the same one you are able to make love to and smile.
So keep smiling and appreciate and love. Our lives are not perfect but whose is?
